This book was poorly written, the characters were one dimensional and there were a fair few problematic jokes that made the novel come across as tacky. On the other hand it felt like I work on practicing The Secret, that book that says whatever you think will actually become your reality, and conjure up an image myself at Wellesley, walking on campus with a book bag full of newly purchased schoolbooks in one hand, and a grande peppermint latte in the other.
